1. Delivery Delays Due to Unforeseen Events
In the case of delivery delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events, we will notify you promptly. Your understanding and patience are appreciated during such times.
2. Delays Exceeding One Month
If your package is delayed for more than one month due to reasons other than the above, please contact us.
After reviewing the situation, we will issue a full refund if appropriate.
3. Product Damage & Shipping Issues
All products are inspected before packing for international shipment.
If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or free replacement.
To process your request, please provide:

A photo of the outer package (showing shipping damage)

A photo of the damaged item
Once verified, we will contact you with the resolution.
⚠️ Please note: If you cannot provide proof of damage, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
4. Returns and Refund Conditions
We generally do not accept returns after a purchase is completed.
However, refunds will be offered in the following cases:

Sudden out-of-stock items
